Town Hall Square

The Town Hall was built between the years 1402-1404 and is the only surviving complete Gothic town hall in Northern Europe. The magistrate of Tallinn city was seated here, they decided on all issues associated with city life, commerce, defence and resolved conflicts between citizens.
